Can you believe it’s already November? This year has flown by way too quickly… or maybe that’s just what happens when you get older. I’m starting to catch myself saying things like, “Man, the music kids listen to these days is awful. Nothing beats 90s music.” Just like the older generation used to say to me, haha.

Speaking of getting older… you might’ve noticed the title of this newsletter: “Why Do I Fart So Much?” My younger self would never have guessed I’d be so into gut health at the ripe age of 33. But here we are—and, honestly, I do fart A LOT, and it seems like a lot of you do too!

A while back, I shared a story at the start of my Pickles & Ferments series, asking if anyone had tips for dealing with bloating and the, uh, frequent farting that comes with it. Sometimes it makes social situations awkward and can just be a bit annoying, you know?

So this leads to me starting my Pickles & Ferments series with a few examples of what I’ve made below.👇
