For the Sauce:

  • 0.5 green pepper
  • 0.5 red pepper
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 green chilli
  • 15g of ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

To Serve:

  • 1 lime
  • 0.5 cup of rice
  • 5g fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
