Method extracted:

1. Dry fry chopped mushrooms in a pan, add oil and garlic, fry until fragrant.

2. Remove mushrooms, scramble tofu in the same pan with oil, mushroom juice, garlic bits. Add nutritional yeast, mustard, black salt, turmeric, fry for 3-4 minutes.

3. Fry sausage until browned.

4. Boil water in a saucepan, add spinach until wilted.

5. Toast muffins, butter them. Build breakfast muffin with spinach, scrambled tofu, mushrooms, and sausage. Serve with chilli flakes and ketchup.
