1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Hoi Sin Sauce

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 Tsp Sesame Oil

To Serve:

Fresh Coriander

Method continued:

8. To make the filling, heat a pan with a little oil and fry the Quorn Chicken Pieces until golden, then set aside.

9. In the same pan, add the red onion, garlic, ginger, and celery and cook until softened.

10. Add in the rest of the vegetables and cook until slightly softened.

11. Add the Quorn Chicken Pieces back into the pan along with the sauces and miso paste. Cook for a further 5 minutes.

12. Once the dough has rested, divide into 10 equal portions and roll into balls.

13. Roll out each ball into an oval shape, brush with oil and fold in half.

14. Place onto a square of baking paper and steam for 10-12 minutes.

15. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and brush over the buns once cooked.

16. Serve the buns filled with the Quorn "chicken" mixture, topped with fresh coriander and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
