Week 3: Mains & Desserts
Welcome to another week of NoMeatDisco goodness!

Every year, the one thing I get asked for the most is ideas for a plant-based main, and I totally get it. The centerpiece of the Christmas dinner plate is always the trickiest part to nail, especially when you want something thatās just as impressive and satisfying as the traditional options. Over the years, Iāve done plenty of experimenting and taste-testing to create mains that really hit the mark, and Iāve included a few of my absolute favorites in this newsletter.
But whatās Christmas without something sweet to round it all off? Iāve also added a selection of indulgent dessertsārecipes Iāve loved making (and eating) over the yearsāthatāll make the perfect finishing touch to your festive feast.
