Char Siu Mushroom Burrito
This recipe combines the flavours of char siu pork and Asian pickled veggies in a delicious burrito. The Asian pickled veggies are made with cabbage, carrot, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and mirin. The Char Siu Mushrooms are made by marinating oyster mushrooms in a mixture of garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, rice vinegar, hoisin, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, and beetroot juice.
