Ingredients for Cauliflower Nuggets:
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 cloves garlic
- Half a red onion
- 0.5 cup corn starch
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp flax egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Vegetable oil for frying
Ingredients for Avocado Dipping Sauce:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Method for Cauliflower Nuggets:
1. Mix cauliflower, garlic, red onion, corn starch, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, apple cider vinegar, flax egg, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl until clumpy.
2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a plate.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then fry the nuggets until golden and crispy.
Method for Avocado Dipping Sauce:
1. Mix ripe avocado, olive oil, coconut yoghurt, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the dipping sauce.
