  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 tsp fresh garlic, chopped
  • 3 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 50ml plant-based milk
  • 50ml water

  • ¼ tsp garam masala
